EMPOWERING WOMEN WORKSHOPS

The PAR Center, a meeting hub for legal and IT professionals, holds quarterly Empowering Women Workshop events hosted by Joy Murao, founder and CEO of Practice Aligned Resources. Joy believes in the power of mentorship. She created the events as a safe place where women from varied professional backgrounds can come together and help support each other. At each event, invited speakers start the conversation by teaching a new set of tools that can help attendees grow personally and professionally. Past events have included the use of acting and improvisation methods as confidence builders and coaching tips for women who were transitioning to different careers.
